About Us
Our History
In 2005 our Realtor, Ryan McWilliams, became a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia and helped clients in south metro Atlanta reach their real estate goals. Over the years, Ryan has helped clients across metro Atlanta and beyond in the home buying and selling process. Whether it was a large, small, resell or new build, Ryan devoted his time to each client as if it was his own home. In 2019, Ryan branded his team as Rogue Ally to do more than just real estate transactions. Rogue Ally stages homes for home sales, taking home photos for resell and insurance, and also helps with home designs and decor.
In 2022, Ryan grew his business beyond Georgia by taking the Florida and Alabama real estate exams. In November 2024, Ryan moved his Alabama, Florida and Georgia real estate sales licenses to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate. Today, Ryan focuses his business in Alabama and Georgia, but continues to work with clients in Florida by referring clients to trusted and experienced Florida Realtors.
Giving Back
We strongly believe in giving back. In 2018, Ryan began allowing his clients to choose from select organizations in where they would like 10% of his gross commission to go from all home sales. When Rogue Ally was formed, the tradition continued.
Today, after all broker fees, royalties and other transaction fees are deducted from a real estate transaction and before our employees are paid, Realtor Ryan McWilliams will ask his clients where they would like us to donate 10% of our gross commission.
We love giving back and giving our client's the opportunity to decide where the funds go.
